The body never ceases to be exploited, investigated and objectified. It is judge, hated, celebrated. The body is politics, personal, natural and the most provocative thing in the world.

We all have an idea as to which bodies should exist and which should not; and in which spaces they should be able to operate. In my process I have interviewed body activists and private individuals about their bodies, self-hatred and acceptance.

With this project I want to celebrate the various expressions of the body using three positions. One is the body in motion, one sitting and one resting. With the objects I want to open up for a discussion as to how we see both ourselves and other people.
